On-line Forms

We create simple to complex forms. This might include (for example) forms with:

• validation
• conditional sections
• on-line calculators
• forms to emails
• forms to databases

We use and recommend ChronoForms. ChronoForms is an extension to Joomla that helps create forms and send the results to emails and/or databases. Code can optionally be included to extend functionality. This might include (for example), complex validation, selection of an email recipient via a drop down list, dynamic subject lines; the possibilities are endless.

ChronoForms are supplied with multiple "themes" so that the look and feel of the form can be modified. If required, themes can be customised to provide a particular look and feel.
