We use and recommend the a free content management system called "Joomla". Joomla provides a robust, modular and versatile platform to create websites.

Through the use of templates, the look and feel of the website can be updated independently of the content. There are many free and commercial suppliers of Joomla templates.

We use and recommend the templates from RocketTheme. The latest RocketTheme templates have some great features such as colour choosers, module styling, 960 grid system and support for the Apple iPhone. Our developer subscription means we can install RocketTheme templates on your website without passing on the cost to you. We customise RocketTheme templates to your particular requirements so that your webiste is unique. This might, for example, include modifying the colours, background, layout, text, menu and so on.

Artisteer is used to create purpose built templates if there is no RocketTheme template suitable for your project.

By using templates, it is easy later on if you want to revamp your website again becasue this can be done without disturbing the content.
